These "Plates" are an integral part of the product and correspond to hole pattern arrangements adopted for different speaker sizes by the majority of speaker manufacturers. For example, the REF 3-50 is manufactured with a Type 50 Plate and the REF 3-100 with the Type 100 Plate.
